How long does it take for my order to be processed?

From the time your order is placed and the date when you receive it, there are two processes to consider. 

Fulfillment: Our current fulfillment window is 2-12 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building you will receive a notification with shipping information. Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual. But, you'll be notified if we think that your order may be running late.

Shipping: Shipping options can range from 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select.

 

Where is my order being shipped from?

The majority of our shirts are shipped from our Florida fulfillment center. But, some of our products require different methods of manufacturing and may be shipped from as far as California. 

 

Can I pick up my order?

No, we're unable to accommodate pickup. But, we have a few stockist locations that may have what you need!

  

Where can I find the tracking information for my orders?

We will send you tracking information as soon as your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

In the case of returns, how do you handle a returned shipment that was undeliverable as addressed?

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. If the item is returned to our facility, someone from our team will contact you regarding the return. We will ship the return back to you; however, you will be responsible for the shipping cost a second time. Unclaimed returns are restocked and refunded after 30 days. The shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Who pays the customs duties & taxes?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Your client is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.

 

What should I know about shipping insurance with First Class Package International?

When choosing First Class Package International for shipping, it’s important to note that this service does not include insurance coverage. While this option offers a more economical shipping rate, please be aware that we are unable to provide insurance or cover reshipment costs if your package is lost or damaged during transit. We recommend considering your order's value and your comfort with this risk before selecting this shipping method. For higher-value items or for added peace of mind, you may want to choose a shipping option that includes insurance coverage.

 

Can you add a message to the order?

Sure! Just add the message to the "Notes" section at checkout.

 

Can you print a custom design?

At this time we're unable to offer custom printing services.

  

Will you be restocking sold out items?

Yes. Please sign up for on the product page to be notified.

 

The size I'd like to buy is not listed. Can you print it in my size?
