About the Artist: Founded by Kathryn Hunter in 2003, Blackbird Letterpress is a Louisiana-based printshop known for its unique letterpress designs, created using vintage presses and a rich collection of type and printers' cuts gathered from across the country. The studio has grown from a small back-room operation to a thriving creative space, now home to multiple presses and a few beloved canine companions.
